  Staff is always rude and short and makes you feel incompetent. I took my car in for repairs, $2000 later my car was fixed. Ok, no problem, until my car started acting up again for the same reasons that it was fixed in the first place. Took it back in and was told it would be another $300. I asked why this wasn't included initially and was told that it wasn't a problem before, when it clearly was. Basically I expect when I pay thousands of dollars for an issue that it be resolved. Super bummed that it has come to this especially when I have taken my car here multiple times. There are literally hundreds of repair facilities, you would think that they would be a tad more accommodating or own up to the repairs that they made. Either way I am done with this repair facility. Good luck if you decide to take your car there.
