  We bought a new washer and dryer from Pacific sales about 6 weeks ago. It came with free delivery and installation. They installed it on a Friday afternoon and did a test run, all look good. The next morning we notice that our wood floor on the other side of the washer had buckeled. Looking into it Pacific Sales had left a small water leak at the outlet of the washer connection. We called them immediately after discovery. We got the run around for 5 weeks from Pacific Sales and their delivery company. Long story short they said it’s not their responsibility. They would not stand behind their install. Terrible terrible terrible.
