  Pizza Hut has a policy is which if you're delivery is longer than 30 minutes, it's free. I placed an online order online for two medium pizzas at 605. The expected delivery time was 640, which was reasonable considering it was a Friday night. Our order finally came at 705, an hour past out delivery time. When I opened the door I was very poorly greeted by the delivery guy. I asked him for the refund and he said just sign receipt. I told him no, that would be accepting the payment and I'm not accepting the payment, the pizza was incredibly late. We only live 2 minutes TOPS from this branch of Pizza Hut. The delivery guy then stated "Well you're wasting me time" and then walked off with our pizzas. I called the store "manager" and asked for a refund and explained the situation. He didn't even offer to just give us the pizza that we originally paid for but relieved so poorly. This is just ONE incident we've had with this Pizza Hut branch. They are notorious for getting our orders wrong and forgetting stuff all together. On a very rare occasion they will manage to drive all two minutes from the store to where I am and get our order correct. We let those delivery people and cooks know they did a good job and tip accordingly. I am not one to waste my time and write a sour review about some store, but this store MORE than deserves it.
