  Awesome. I first came here about a year ago, after years of friends recommending acupuncture for any number of reasons (usually sports injuries, motorcycle accidents, etc). My wife went here first for an injury from running, but asked if treatment was possible for stress. At the time I was suffering from extreme stress and I was willing to see what could be done about it. I wasn't sure what to expect.
  
  Michael Padilla took the time to ask specifics about the kind of pain I was experiencing and where else I was sore, everything he pointed to was the response of "yeah, that's been sore too lately".
  
  When I've been to a chiropractor in the past you know there is an "adjustment" pain which feels like a momentary snap, and if you were to mentally transfer that snap to acupuncture, you would think "by golly, I'm going to be a human pin cushion!" But that isn't the experience.
  
  Lay on the table, a few pins (slight pressure, but no pain), and probably about the best 20 minute nap I've ever had. I went home not quite understanding what took place. Slept.
  
  The following day I felt AWESOME, not good, not better than usual, but AWESOME. There was not an ounce of stress in my body. People that usually get on my nerves... couldn't bother me less. No biggie. I was on a cloud.
  
  A few months later I fell down a flight of stairs and tweaked my upper back. I went back to Four Pillars Acupuncture, 25 minutes of pins, nap time.... CUPPING!! (I've heard of it, never experienced it before)... end of treatment I went from 10 degrees of motion to 70 degrees. A last pin in the back of my hand before leaving... a good 10 more degrees of rotation. Sweet!
  
  The following day I went for a 35 mile bike ride, no back pain.
  
  I went "somewhere else" in Temecula last week, on a day Four Pillars was closed. Not the same. Service was below the floor horrible. I left a bad review on their page. I don't need to waste space here.
  
  Try it. Pick any reason to go.... like ANY REASON. You'll be impressed and feel incredible.

  Very professional. Went looking for a chiropractor without much knowledge. The staff was helpful and friendly. They immediately took x-rays. He explained the problem clearly. I look forward to the follow-up visits.
  This has changed my view of chiropractic service.
