  I wish I could give Minus Stars. I just got off of the phone with "Nick," needless to say he was the least friendliest person I have spoken on the phone with. I called to request a letter of support to get sidewalks in Riverside County (an area they patrol) and he said "he didn't think they could do that!" I told him that we need to get them because the children when going to and from school are in the street putting them in the street and making them vulnerable to being hit.
  Naturally, I assumed that the Police would be one of the first people to jump to the chance to help make our citizens more safe. But, that was not the case with "Nick," he still was not convinced that they could support such a thing.
  I asked if the Lieutenant was there so that I could speak to him. He told me that he wasn't and, that I can basically come in and meet with him in person Monday through Friday.
  This guy was unfriendly in a position of Customer Service and I just didn't appreciate his lack of interest in keeping our children, seniors, and our entire community safer. That is what prevoked me to write this post!
  I sure hope his day gets better!
