  My introduction to Cube Smart in Temecula off Pechanga parkway was smooth from the start. I reserved online then received a phone call confirming my reservation and answered any questions I had. Prior to move in I received a reminder email confirming date and space we rented. Day of move Patricia called to confirm our arrival time. During the friendly conversation with Patricia I realized we needed a larger space ( we were loading up the truck while we spoke) Patricia gave me several options to accommodate our need for a larger space. I got what I needed with no issues and all was smooth sailing after that. We rented a 10x15 and that left room for the rest of our boxes we still had to move
  I would recommend this location. My personal experience was excellent and I appreciated the professionalism from Patricia and the rest of staff
