  Lost my business for good after a simple request over the phone about how much my dry cleaning would cost me. No answer, instead "she doesn't give prices over the phone". I would have paid what ever she told me but the complete refusal to help or explain why coupled with a rather rude tone, has earned one star. It's a shame, Ive had great service before and it's awfully close to my house.
