  As a service member trying to teach his kids to respect and honor this country, I find it disappointing to see teachers talking during the Pledge of Allegiance. There was a teacher with the name Pollak on her shirt talking throughout the Pledge to a parent, only 10 yards away from the kids. She wasn't the only teacher doing it, but the only one standing in front of me where I could see the name. How do you expect kids to respect authoritative figures when they don't do the right things in public.
