  Unfortunately there's no zeros. I had granite counter tops and a tile back splash installed in my kitchen and the quality of workmanship was great. However it was not without delays. Management missed the install date and blamed everyone but themselves. I should have learned from that experience but I didn't. My wife and I picked out tile flooring and we were given a date for installation which Premier didn't meet. We were given a new install date about 3 weeks later and received a call on Friday, prior to the Monday installation. "They'll be there between 8:30 and 10:30". I called Premier at 11:30 and was told they think the tile is being unloaded and they might make it to my house tomorrow. What does it take to make a phone call to say there's a delay? Apparently my time is worth little to them as I waited for nothing. Not even a call from someone in charge to try to resolve the matter. To say they lack customer service would be an understatement.
  Maybe they're just too busy for the little guy...the customer!
